Hi,
My PRC will expire in July 26 and I applied for renewal but it says the Records Mismatched. This will be my second renewal and I haven't encountered this problem during the first one. The only reason I can think of is maybe my surname. Its ANIÑON in my PRC ID, but on the prc online its ANINON since you cannot input Ñ during the admission or registration.
I also sent a request in CRMS. My ticket No is D6H6E8I1. I was hoping this will be resolved before June 30.
