Good day po! May I ask how to fix my LERIS ACCOUNT since its a "Record Mismatched" recently I change my surname to my married name and maybe because of that I cant transact now from my LERIS account carrolledmaedtech@gmail.com (username) and during when I am still single at carrollfrancois.edma@deped.gov.ph . I would like to transact authentication of my PRC ID in the LERIS for promotion purposes. Please help with my concern. Thank you so much.
