Hi,

I have tried requesting certificate of registration online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment, maybe because there's no middle Name written in my online account. I already emailed technical assistance but no response and I need to have an appointment ASAP. Is there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information? Thank you so much.
