Hello good day!, I am Larah Jean Agustin, a third year medical student of Brokenshire College of medicine. As part of our third year curriculum I am tasked to have the following information for our bioethics subject. 
If you could be so kind to provide me the following information:

1.number/ratio of physicians who actually lose their license for serious unethical practices or incompetence

2.numbers the specific serious unethical practices that have resulted in temporarily or permanently loss of license
