Thank you for your request dated Nov 02, 2023 06:08:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for 11-20 Rank in the November 2019 Chemical Engineering Board Exam.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The Professional Regulatory Board released only the 10 Topnotchers following the guidelines on the release of topnotchers in professional licensure examinations per PRC Resolution No. 2010-547 Series of 2010, to wit:

"2. Only those examinees taking the examination for the first time in the same profession who garnered a general average of not less than eighty percent (80%) shall be included in the list of topnotchers to be released, indicating the rank of the first until the tenth highest general average..."
