Hi I would like to request a PRC ticket number for the correction of my first name on LERIS. I need to clear out the mismatched character on my first name on in the LERIS to match it on my NOA record for the purpose of scheduling an oath taking on January 27, 2024.
When I filed for my NOA last August in the PRC Lucena Branch Region IV-A they asked me if they can cancel out the period on my first name. According to them my first name with a period in it couldn't be registered in their system but now that I am filing for an oath form it is a mismatch. The name registered on LERIS has a period.
