Good day. I was supposed to file for face to face mass oathtaking for Professional Teacher on LERIS, however i can't proceed because the name appeared in Leris is different from the Noa. My real name is GLEN-GLEN AMUL REGIO which is reflected in the NOA. However, when registering to the LERIS before there was no special character of dash - the name appeared GLEN GLEN AMUL REGIO . That's why it appeared mismatch. I hope you for your assistance in registering for oathtaking .
