Good day! I’ve paid my renewal for PRC of 450, and it is actually debited in my account but my transaction is still cancelled. I’ve already emailed the customer care in LandBank Portal (customercare@mail.landbank.com). I have photos for my proof of payment for my transaction, the existing transaction, and the reason for the cancelled transaction. I hope you will take action on this. Thank you.
