Dear Madam/Sir,
Good Day!I am Gretchen Nombre Tan,newly registered Nurse who passed the Nursing Board Exam last May 29-30,2022.
I am applying for E-OATH in the online Leris System,unfortunately I cannot proceed with my transaction due to the error in my online leris account.
It appears that there is a SUFFIX " I " in my name that's why my name in NOA  does not match my name in the system.
My application number is 022114.
I am humbly asking your good office to help me with this system error.Please assist me in removing the Suffix“I“ which is not part of my name.
