On January 13 and today January 16, 2023, I tried to apply for a Renewal of my PRC ID through the PRC online portal.  I could not proceed with the request for an appointment because of a "Record Mismatch" of my name.  The name in my PRC online profile and PRC ID card are the same.  I have already emailed PRC through https://crms.prc.gov.ph twice but have not received any reply.  Please advise where I can find information about this Record Mismatch. Thank you!
