Good Day. I filled in the details for my mother’s registration in LERIS to renew her license and mistyped her date of birth. Her correct date of birth is 08/24/1957.

I have emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph  last January 22, 2024, but have not received a response. I have tried sending an email to prcncrlegaldivison@gmail.com, prc.reg@gmail.com, pcncr.lrad@gmail.com and a lot more but the email has bounced back. I have also opened a ticket with crms ( Ticket No: YKDB50PF 1/16/2024 6:14:20 PM) but still no response.

Please help.
