Purpose: To correct my middle name in the LERIS website to be able to book an appointment at PRC.

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my record mismatch in the LERIS website. The system automatically made my middle name and last name the same when I tried to reopen my LERIS account using a different email since I am not able to access my old one. I have emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph as instructed by the website last July 6, 2022 but I have not yet received a reply since then. My name is Kaiser Magno Encina and in the LERIS website Kaiser Encina Encina is what appears. I have attached my PRC ID in the email for reference. Please help me reach PRC with my concern. TY!
