Good day! I would like to request for your assistance regarding my Leris account. There has been an information mismatched and I cannot proceed my Oath-Taking appointment. The middle name i registered in my account was (Sta. Iglesia) with  period, but the middle name appeared on my Notice of Administration was (Sta Iglesia) without period. I have my NOA and the screenshot of my account in Leris which proves the same application number. Thank you!
