May I request, through the freedom of information (FOI) Act, a copy of the LATEST ADOPTED Table of Specifications (TOS) for the subjects in the Board Licensure Examination for Registered Mechanical Engineers, for the purpose of drafting a teaching syllabus for our OFW Licensure Exam takers for the Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE).
