Good Day!

I am having an issue with my PRC online account and I needed to change my email so I send a request via email through technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph , they have responded and ask for some requirements which I immediately provided. However after I send the requirements, there is no response from them nor an acknowledgement that they received the requirements and its been a week. 

Respectfully asking for some assistance with this matter
