Hi - 

I keep getting "record mismatch" upon creating a schedule for board rating authentication. I checked all my records online and previous documents from PRC and all are correct. I am not sure where is the mismatch. I was able to schedule an appointment for PRC ID authentication but not board rating because of mismatch record error.

Please help because I have a pending application to one of the hospitals near our place and it is one of the requirements. I cant set up an appointment unless the mismatch is corrected.
