Dear FOI team,

I am Mark Anthony Grabillo, a professor from Rizal Technological University and I am currently doing research for the reasons behind the declining national passing rates of SUCs as to Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. Our research would like to include all SUCs in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao). 

Your response will be highly appreciated as my research will contribute, help, resolve, and resolute the pending questions and problems arising from the relatively low passing rates in CPALE.
