Greetings! 

This is to request assistance to expedite the correction of my middle name on my PRC online profile from CUENCA to CHENCA to conform with my existing PRC license. I have tried to renew my ID but due to "Record Mismatched" I can't proceed further. I already emailed them of the same but no reply.
