Hi. Please help me fix my account. At first, I tried making online transactions but cannot. The system keeps responding, Record Mismatched. I went to PRC and was advised to reregister using may married name. I followed them but still cannot. So, I went to their office and they tried to open my account. According to them, my record doesnt mismatch and can go home and try again. I tried many times but still cannot. Pls help me. My promotion papers are getting delayed because of this. Thanks
