Hello Team -

I need to verify the amount that I need to prepare for the renewal of my license. The last time I renewed it was on 2010 and valid until 2013. I should be renewing it on that year (2013) but failed to do so. Thank you

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 14, 2020 01:12:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for fee for License Renewal.

Response to Request

 The renewal fees are the following: 
For professions requiring baccalaureate degrees: P150.00 per year or total of P450.00 for three (3) years. For professions requiring non-baccalaureate degrees: P140.00 per year or total of 420.00 for three (3) years. A surcharge of P30.00 (baccalaureate degree) and P28.00 (non-baccalaureate degree) is added if license is renewed twenty (20) days after birth month.
