Hi! I would like to inquire about which set of calculators are allowed for Real Estate Board Exams considering that the list I am seeing so far are limited to those used by CPAs and Engineering examinees. Seeing as it is too difficult to use an ordinary calculator for computation of Annuities and Present Values, I tend to believe that I should veer towards a scientific calculator since financial calculators doesn't appear on any list when I google them.

Am I correct to assume that the list published for Civil Engineering examinees is also the same for the Real Estate Examinees?

You asked for PRC Allowed Calculators for Real Estate Brokers Board Exam.

The allowed  calculators to  be used
during the exam are non- programmable calculators. Any programmable calculators are not allowed inside the examination premises/rooms. Please see on our PRC official website, www.prc.gov.ph the
PRC Memorandum Circular # 2009-21 dtd. Oct. 2, 2009 & PRC Memorandum # 2018-01
dtd. April 20, 2018.

The list of the allowed calculators on our PRC website is not updated, 
kindly bring and use other non-programmable calculator to prevent problems on the examination day.
