Hi,
I have tried booking an appointment for processing my state board verification when RECORD MISMATCHED prompt appeared and I cannot proceed further. I have already checked and confirmed that I have keyed in the correct details based on the documents at hand.

I have also tried reaching out via their email given but I haven't got a response yet. 

How do I rectify the mismatch? Do I need to appear personally in PRC to fix this issue? Who do I contact?
