To whom it may concern, 

I recently passed LET this March 2022 and was advised to register a LERIS account for the initial registration and appointment for an e-Oath. However, when I tried to book an appointment online, the system returned an error, saying there was a birthdate mismatch even though my birthdate indicated in my LERIS account were exactly the same with my PSA Birth Certificate and my NOA. I have been emailing technical assistance and meeting an employee from our local PRC office, and no one helped me. I missed our batch's e-oath due to this. Can you please look into this ASAP?
