Good day mam/ sir!

Asking you good office a help, I have a problem in getting an appointment for  my authentication, I entered correct details but it says"RECORD MISMATCHED " So if this happened how can i get an appointment , i badly needed coz my agency is waiting, this is only for renewal of document ,my red ribbon got expired.
