I would like know an active PRC hotline number. I renewed my PRC IDs online via shipping method last October 7, 2022 and still no update regarding to it as of today, November 11, 2022. I tried to reach out them thru email but unfortunately, their email provided is already full and cant receive anymore emails. I tried also to contact them thru hotlines posted on their website but no one answered.
