I recently applied for a change of status. I changed my name from Beatrice A. Alon to Beatrice A. Alon-Jurilla. As per checking through verification of name/license, my name was successfully changed. I created a new LERIS account using my married name but the website did not allow me to hyphenate. Instead, I registered as FIRST: Beatrice MIDDLE: Alon LAST: Alon Jurilla. I tried to book an appointment for renewal, but my records were still mismatched as per the website. The hyphen seems to be the problem. Technical concerns replied just to ask for documents but no reply since.
