Good day!
I would like to raise my concern regarding my online initial registration. I passed the board exam last October 2022 and will be taking our Oath this February 17. However, upon my initial registration and even on the certification of rating in the website, it said “Record Mismatch”. I already went to PRC- Tacloban to raise this issue and was expecting no errors after the appointment. Yet upon checking this evening, it said the same thing. I would like to request to change my birthday from May 27,1988 to May 27,1986 on my Leris. Please help me resolve this. Thank you very much!
