Good day maam/sir,

I would like to inquire if I could acquire a copy of my Notice of Admission.

I took the Professional Teachers board exams on September 2023 and I have lost my NOA after recieving the result of my board exam. I just wanted to check my Board Ratings but I don't have my application number with me. I also need the NOA for this coming oath-taking.   

I hope you can help me. Thank you so much for your time.
