Hi,
I have just updated my civil status in PRC last time from Single to Married and upon online verification, the my civil status update has been successful.

I was able to create a my new PRC online account using my married surname however I am having issues when trying to renew my PRC id. 

I tried renewing PRC ID online but prompted with record mismatched and cant proceed with setting an appointment. I dont think I entered any details incorrectly on my online profile. I already emailed Technical assistance 3 days ago but no response. Is there anything I could do to be able to resolve this?
