I got married in 2018 and submitted necessary documents to PRC Main to update may status and change my name. It was verified and duplicate ID was issued. However, when I am trying to renew my PRC ID at prc online services or leris it shows record mismatched due to my maiden name that still in the online record system.
I tried to email the technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph and request assistance on their page butno response.
