Hi,

I have tried authenticating my PRC ID (ProfTeacher) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered just my middle initial instead of Middle Name. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Zamoanga City branch is considered? Thank you so much.
