Good Day Ma'am /Sir,

Can I request a Lupon or Certificate of Registration from PRC without going to PRC Office because currently I am assigned inside Presidential Security Group Otis Gate Malacañang Park Manila.

I passed my Medical Technologist licensure exam Last September 2019. I would like to request another copy of my Lupon. I am willing to pay for charges.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is a frontline service transaction and you need to file for Application of a duplicate copy of lost or destroyed Certificate of Registration (Board Certificate) at the Registration Division in the Central Office, and at the PRC Regional Offices.
