Good day!
I would like to raise my concern regarding my online initial registration. I passed the board exam last November 2022 and will be taking our Oath this January 28. However, upon my initial registration and even on the certification of rating in the website, it said “Record Mismatch”. I already went to PRC- Butuan (Robinsons Mall) to raise this issue and was expecting no errors after the appointment. Yet upon checking this evening, it said the same thing. Please help me resolve this. Thank you very much!
