Hi! I would like to ask if how can I renew mg PRC license. I recently got married and filed a petition for change of status in PRC- Morayta. I was instructed to check my LERIS account 5-10 days after processing. Upon checking my account under verification of license by number, it was already updated to my married name. However, my name on my profile cannot be edited and my maiden name still reflects, hence, I cannot push thru with my renewal because of a record mismatched error. How can I resolve this issue? I tried sending various emails to PRC but haven’t received any response from them.
