Good day,
I am trying to register for e-oath but I am getting a RECORD MISMATCHED error. This is due to my surname registered on my account which doesn't have space in between "DE" & "LA" (DELA). The correct surname is "DE LA CRUZ.

I already emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph  but I haven’t received any reply. I also emailed at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com but my email bouncedback.

I am a recent passer of the 2022 Licensure Examination for Psychometrician. I need to register for the online oathtaking of psychometrician 5 days before March 23, 2022.
