Magandang araw, ako po si Glenn Santian Jimenez. I have concerns po regarding with my online registration sa Leris. First time taker po ako. nagkamali po ako sa nailagay kong gmail account, instead na jimenezglenn207@gmail.com ay jimenezglenn@gmail.com lang ang aking nailagay kaya naman wala po akong matanggap na validation ng aking account sa Leris. Hindi rin po ako makagawa ng bagong account dahil name already exist na po ang lumalabas. kapag naman forget password wala no data enrolled po ang lumalabas kaya hindi sya maverify. sana po mabigyan po ito ng agarang pansin. maraming salamat.

Kindly send to technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph a signed letter requesting for the change of your email address from your previous inactive email address (indicate old email address) to your current active email address together with a Photo of your PRC ID and 1 VALID ID or 2 VALID IDs with your date of birth, so you would be able to use the PRC Online Forgot Password Facility and email validation.
