Hi! I would like to renew my license, but when I try to make a transaction for renewal at prc online, it says that Record Mismatched. I checked the details already, I cannot seem to edit my name, it should be NIÑA MARYVIC GALANG LAGMAN. In my prc account, it's only NINA MARYVIC GALANG LAGMAN. I would like to ask how can I edit my name on the prc online so I can make a schedule for my license renewal. Thank you!
