Good day!

I would like to ask for a document, maybe a memo or resolution with regards to renewing the PRC Identification Card. The reason is that when I tried to renew the PRC ID of my brother, they did not accept the authorization letter (given that I am also a professional) because of my brother's digital signature who is currently an OFW in Australia. According to PRC Davao, there is a policy that they will not accept the digital signature but the wet signature of the professional. I will appreciate it if you could give me a copy of that policy because it is not appearing in your website.
