Hello,

I would like to request help to recover my email account & password  for my PRC Online account. My name is Jayjay Saligumba Loyola with Birth date 01/27/1982. I'm trying to register new account but it keep saying "NAME ALREADY REGISTERED
The name JAYJAY SALIGUMBA LOYOLA already has an account". I really need to access my account for future PRC license renewal and for my current NCLEX application which need to access my PRC account.

my account name is in PRC is JloyolaPRC@gmail.com but the birth year is wrong in my PRC online account. Instead of 1982 the birth year written is 1983. Please help me how can I change the birth year in my PRC online account.

The PRC response to your email reference FOI request - Tracking no: #PRC-185407794219 requesting to submit my ID, birth certificate and selfie. I already done submitting to them by email the copy of my ID, birth certificate and selfie photo. I’m waiting now again to their response. I hope they will reply soon and fix my PRC online account.

I already sent my PSA birth certificate required to me by PRC Technical support but until now they are not replying to my email. I hope you can help me to get their response. Thank you.
