Good day, due to health concerns, I was not able to attend the Mass Face-to-Face Oath-taking for Physicians today (December 21, 2022). I did not register for the oath-taking beforehand knowing that I was sick. Hence, I would like to know the steps required for me to retrieve my license and certificate, and if I am allowed to retrieve it at any PRC satellite office instead of regional offices.
