Please be informed that your request is a frontline service transaction, therefore it is not counted as FOI request. Please proceed  in any PRC Regional Office and Service Center near you and make the request for issuance of such Certificates as walk-in clients if your a passer on 2009 and below.  Passers on 2010 up to date may secure an appointment online through this link: https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and select the designated appointment place.
