I would like to ask for your assistance as I have lost my previous NOA for exams taken in October 2016 Batch and May 2017 Batch for CPALE. I would like to request for my Notice of Admission because it is needed to present to PRC to apply as repeater for the licensure exam on May 2022 Batch of CPALE. The deadline of the application for the examination will be on April 7, 2022.
