Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID (NURSE) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. On my recent online renewal last May 20, 2021, there is no issue like this. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to correct any  mismatched information? Can I personally got to any Satellite Branch of PRC without an appointment? Thank you so much.
