Good day, Ma'am/Sir,

I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in retrieving my PRC account. I was in the process of renewing my REE license when I encountered an issue – my account does not seem to exist. I am certain that I used the correct email address. However, I might also need to reset my password. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter via online because there is no nearby PRC office nearby here in the province. Please provide a working email address to submit my personal information. Thank you very much for your time and support.
