Hi, I wanted to apply for renewal of my PRC, but I lost my old email which is danilonovela@gmail.com. Unfortunately I cannot recover it. I tried giving information but it says my other information is blank. I cannot use another email because the site says I already have an account. How can I use a new email or delete that old account. I want to use ashlawliet105@gmail.com.
