Good day. 
I have tried renewing my PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I tried to input a "-" (part of married name) however the text box would not reflect the dash. Instead a space was placed. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Can you help me on this? Thank you so much.
