Hi,
I tried renewing my PRC ID (NURSE) online but I received "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and I cannot proceed for the renewal. I applied last November 24, 2021 for Petition of CHANGE STATUS. I checked online by verifying my application and clicking Verification by License Name, it appeared that I am verified but cannot proceed with the renewal. Is there any way that I can renew this month because I need to. I already emailed all your technical assistance but no response has been sent. Please consider. Thankyou so much!
