Good afternoon I am VIADO, CLARENCE. a 5th year BS Architecture student at the Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University located at Bacolor, Pampanga. I would like to request the following data that would help in my architectural thesis research:

1. Number of registered doctor of medicine (M.D.) in Pampanga per municipality

2. Number of registered doctor of osteophatic (D.O.) in Pampanga per municipality

3. Number of registered nurse in Pampanga per municipality
