Hi.  My PRC teaching license is expiring this October but I'm based overseas.  I tried to renew my application online but cannot access the LERIS website.  It says I have my name on file, but I can't remember the email address I used to register before.  I sent multiple requests for this matter to the PRC help desk email, but messages keep bouncing back.  I also tried the technical assistance email but no response.  I also sent a message to Public Assistance - PRC but still no response.  I'm hoping I get assistance this time.  Thank you.
