Good Afternoon, 

I have to make email to Prc Help Disk but unfortunately the cannot recieved emails due to Inbox is full. I apply  online for e-oath taking but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered just my middle initial instead of Middle Name. My full Middle name is “TEJERO”  full name  Ma.Lyn Tejero Quitorio . Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information ? Im working her in Qatar Mam and the Prc scheduled our E-oath taking is on 29 this month . Thank you so much.
